3 Luxurious Travel Hacks I Wish I’d Known Sooner

It doesn’t matter where you’re going or for how long, having a little luxury on the way is so replenishing. I’ve made it to twenty counties in the past 2 years and I can only say I wish I new these luxurious travel hacks sooner! You don’t have to be in first class to feel luxurious (although it helps!) all you need is a couple hacks and a jet-setter attitude 🙂

Press your own coffee – You’re going to laugh but coffee is a luxury to me! Where has this beautiful tumblr been all my life?!  It’s basically a to-go French Press that’s in a coffee container! Who cares if you had a terrible sleep on a plane with this guy waiting for you! Simply put your grinds in, ask for some hot water, and make yourself a fresh BIG coffee. And the bonus if you can use it anywhere!

Lounge Buddy – Did you know airport lounges are basically open to anyone for a fee? Sometimes a fee is worth it because you get to enjoy the all-inclusive amenities inside the lounge. To make sure it’s worth it use the Lounge Buddy app. It’s an app that lets you check out all the airports lounges to see if it’s worth paying for by looking at reviews, what they offer, etc. You guys know how much it sucks sitting around at the airport. All you want to enjoy your wifi and wine in peace. Here’s your chance!

Use It’sEasy – Never have a bad passport photo again with this app. I consider this luxury because I get so jealous of people who have a nice passport photo! When I took mine the guy said my forehead was to sweaty and gave me one of those paper sweat removers to get rid of the “shine.” So you can see the hurt and sadness in my eyes. With this app you can avoid that by taking your own passport photo! Basically you can take as many selfies as you like, choose the one you want, and have it shipped to you! I have a 10 year passport and loath my photo. If only I had known about this!

One of my favorite things to do while traveling, although it’s not really considered “en vogue” anymore, is to dress up. It’s nice to feel fancy, plus if you present yourself well, you might even end up with some travel upgrades or perks!
