Cute Ways To Make Yourself Feel Better After A Bad Day

Draw Yourself A Bubble Bath

Bath bombs are all the rage right now and are pretty easy to find no matter where you are in the world. A good place to check is Lush or Sephora for some amazing bath bombs that will relax you to your core. Put your hair up, wash your makeup off, throw on some relaxing music and turn your mind off. Let all your worries wash away in the lovely scents of the tub.


Order Take Away

As a health nut please don’t order McDonald’s or some greasy fast food that will make you feel worse. When it comes to everything in life I believe in quality over quantity so if you want grease get some gourmet fries! Order from that cool fusion house you walked by or get some yummy sushi with tempura (my favourite thing ever)! Most places in the word have a food delivery service (Just Eat, Skip The Dishes, etc.) so go on their site and see what you can find! I’ll never forget being in Positano sick out of my mind so we ordered pizza (I know not the best.. haha) and a fresh salad with fennel. It was lovely.


Read Your Favourite Blogs

When I feel like garbage after a bad day I like to read my favourite blogs and watch my favourite Youtubers. I don’t know why it makes me feel better but I guess it has something to do with their familiar faces and that they constantly motivate me to better myself. I mean we don’t read blogs to feel bad about ourselves! We read to stay inspired.


Hit The Coffee Shop

Cafes are a place of relaxation and inspiration. Order your favourite latte or tea and treat yourself to a yummy scone or cookie! Try not to waltz into a Starbucks but instead a local coffee shop. Whether you’re abroad or at home it’s never a bad decision to try out a cute cafe. Cute = happy!


Talk To Someone You Love

Boyfriend, girlfriend, Mom, Dad. Just having a connection with someone is sure to bring you out of your sad mood after a bad day. When you are travelling and things go wrong it can be so stressful. You can feel so lost and disconnected. Having someone to talk to will ground your mind again.


Take A Vacation

If you’re not already on one. Sometimes we just need to get away for a few days to recharge. Even if it’s a short weekend road trip or a week in Mexico it is still a getaway! Hop on Skyscanner and see what the cheapest flight is leaving out of your city and go from there.


Get Engrossed In A Netflix Series

I don’t have a TV and I don’t think I’ll ever buy one so all I have is lovely Netflix series to get engrossed in! Here are some of my favourite series HERE. Also have you started watching Stranger Things?! Let me know in the comments I’m on episode 5!
