The Ultimate Travel Bucket List

Most of us, since we were little, have had a bucket list in some shape or form. A piece of paper we have tucked away in our drawers or somewhere in our notes on our iPhones.

Growing up our teachers would get us to right down what we wanted to do and what we wanted to be. What do you want to do, what do you want to be, ect.

I said an artist right off the hop.

But as we grow up our bucket lists change and expand from our childhood dreams to our true goals and ambitions. To these things we must do before we.. ah-hem.. Kick the bucket.

Cycling through Sicily may be on yours or maybe skydiving over Dubai’s man made island.. the possibilities are endless but in case your bucket list is lost or you’re searching for some new travel bucket list inspiration, hopefully this fun list I created will get you inspired to cross some experiences off your list!

I feel lucky that I’ve been able to check off some of these items, but there are plenty that I still want to do. My biggest one is to visit Japan, looks amazing there!

    Hey Shelby 🙂
I love that one about laying in water while watching the stars – makes me imagine lying in a warm sea and gazing upward… 🙂
This is a great bucket list for travel, and with the wee bit of knowledge I have from your blog, I realise that you have done a whole bunch of these things!!! It feels good, right, know you have done these awesome things :)?
I think the craziest thing on my bucket list has to be: dancing the Haka with friends in front of Notre Dame. We were making a demonstration for our American buddies, and it was a lot of fun ;). But there was also the time I was doing yoga in an old barn with funny French men. And the time that Ollie and I skinny dipped in the camp pool at Fontainebleu under an intense lightning storm at night!!! That is certainly in the running for the craziest ;).

Mhm! I have to figure out how to make a check mark or something so I can check them off. I have no idea what the Haka is haha what kind of dance is that? Funny French men and skinny dipping during a thunderstorm sounds like good bucket list experiences! I might add the last one to my list now.. 😛

Hehehe the Haka is a traditional dance from New Zealand, in which big scary men slap their chests and thighs and pull faces a lot! You should look it up on Youtube, it is really quite spectacular ;). And ooh yes, do steal that last one! I think skinny dipping in a lightning storm is one for anybody’s list, as it is pretty thrilling (at any moment the water could be hit by the lightning and you would sizzle to a crisp). Ah Shelby 🙂 you are so funny.
